So good! Great choice for Empanadas. Both vegetarian and meat options. Service was excellent. A very comfortable and cute bar type atmosphere. Great drink choices. Will definitely go back to explore more of the menu. View all feedback.
What Antonietta Reichel doesn't like about Ché:
Empanadas are baked not fried. This was more bar food than legit Argentinian cuisine. Spent plenty of time in Buenos Aires and later in Europe where many Argentines have set up shop. Cute ambiance but felt like a nice bar with all the taps on the wall. View all feedback.
We were so pleasantly surprised and plan on making this a regular stop for us. We are new to the city so pick somewhere new each weekend. We had no idea Che even existed but it was recommended on Open Table so we gave it a try. We love the local feel. Service was excellent. We tried a dinner for two. It had a variety of meats, some potatoes and two empanadas served in a hot plate. Every bite was delicious.

Let me start off by saying the service and food were great. However, I'm not sure if it was just our section, but throughout our meal, we kept hearing loud crashes, like someone was dropping a lot of plates. It was quite distracting, though I'm sure no one was actually falling down.
Ché exceeded expectations. Service was terrific, from a friendly welcome to attentive table service. Our server gave helpful menu suggestions and checked back regularly to be sure we had everything we needed. Our food was delicious. Empanadas of every flavor we ordered were hot, crispy, and tasty. Short rib, de carne, and Korean BBQ fillings were favorites at our table. The chicken salsa verde was yummy, too. The chimi guacamole has a nice zip, and the steak frites is a nicely-plated entrée (with enough fries for tablemates to grab a few). The daily happy hour includes some good deals, especially on featured empanadas and Argentinian malbec. We found street parking right by the restaurant, and a couple of lots are nearby.
