the young girl who took my sister order at the beginning did not knit what she did! I guess she went and got her manier and we had to repeat our order. for them also right! still ended with another burger king location soo my sister could get her food! ? Eventually, the manager came to the window and clarified that they don't refer to it by that name (double Whopper cheese bacon blast, or something similar). I likely won't revisit this location unless it's my only choice.
Burger King offers customizable options and affordable prices, setting a good example for other restaurants to follow. The food is always fresh, service is excellent, and despite long drive-thru lines, the experience is worth it for the average family.
I would give this place a zero if I could. The restaurant has gone downhill significantly. Where do I even begin? Let's start with the Drive-Thru employee who was on her phone when I pulled up. I had to go inside because no one took my order during my drive-thru experience. It all makes sense now that I see what's happening inside. I was even ignored at the front counter. I waited for about 5 minutes, standing there while the employees just looked at me, not offering any help. When the Drive-Thru team finally came inside, I asked to speak to the manager. I was told by the manager, Tiajuana, that she was too busy to see me and that I would just have to wait. The manager never came out to address my concerns, so I left. On a positive note, the food was fresh and the staff serving me were friendly. However, the overall quality of management has taken a nosedive. Lou, the previous manager, used to ensure that Drive-Thru orders were fulfilled in less than 3 minutes. Unfortunately, that level of efficiency is no longer present.
I wanted to move forward. 15 minutes later I went in and they didn't even make it. repeated order 4 times and finally spoke to the cook who made it right. after the sacking of the order, the service began to give.me another order. never. food: 2/5
The young lady who took mine was great! the riders were abit old, but the burger was great and fresh. friends were the reason for 4 stars and not five. the load is old and needs a boost, but the staff is really great. food: 4/5
