It shouldn't take 30 to 39 minutes to make a grilled chicken salad. The people are nice but the kitchen is extremely slow. Paint dries faster, really. When we finally received the food it was what you expect from the house of Bob. The server was friendly and genuinely kind, keeping my soda filled. Service great, kitchen slow. Had to wait to get seated Restaurant was only 25 percent full, but everyone ignored us. Service was slow. Did not get a refill on coffee even though our waitress said she would get it. Manager was checking people out. I asked for a to go cup which I did get but it was cold. Not good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
