Blackbird Eatery - Cincinnati

We were there on a weeknight right after New Years. There were only 3 tables of patrons so our service was outstanding. I would like to have tried other dishes on the menu because they all sounded yummy, as did the various cocktails. Even though the menu items were a bit pricey the portions were filling. I guess I'll just have to back again to sample the other delicious-sounding dishes!

This was my second visit. First, was for lunch and it was pretty good. Second, was during Restaurant Week. It was delicious!! The cocktail was fair. It was a feature of RW. Definitely my least favorite order of the evening. I had the Birdhouse salad, the Ragu and a dessert which was to die for. All wonderful. So happy we returned. We will be back!!

My first visit to Blackbird Eatery was during Restaurant Week, so I had a $25 3 course meal. The Blackbird Salad was delicious with a generous portion of fresh greens. I had the Mushroom Ragu with pappardelle for an entree it had a tasty sauce and meaty wild mushrooms. The Panna Coota dessert with fresh berries was a nice finishing touch. The dishes were obviously well thought out and beautifully prepared. I left having had plenty to eat without being stuffed. The ambiance is charming and cozy. Service was attentive and friendly.

This is a newer restaurant in the area and really wanted to try it. Nice cozy place with exceptional food. Will be returning to this great place.

This restaurant is closed. we had occurred at our reservation time and the doors were locked. very regrettable!
