The staff are... read more This is an old style, family run albergho. We stopped off on our way home to Puglia it's super close to the toll gate for Chiusi, but super quiet. The staff are friendly, the evening meal was simple but really good, the room was spotlessly clean and the price was very economical (breakfast included). They're open all year (restaurant closed on Tuesdays) so we'll be staying again if we are heading in their direction!

We had the salsiccia as well, which was made... read more EDIT After so many years, we keep coming back and the quality of the food hasn't changed: homemade pici, delicious. We had the salsiccia as well, which was made the day before, all from local produce. Located very conveniently right outside of the highway exit of Chiusi Chianciano, this place is at least partially underrated. Sure, the decor is stick somewhere in the 70s but the food is very tasty. It's an unpretentious place where you can have some excellent pici (the typical pasta from Umbria) or a chianina steak. For a very very reasonable price .

The house bruschetta fresh , the meat is to recommended especially the filetto con rucola and parmigiana. And of course, the local speciality Ribollita Toscana. Worth a stop, straight off the motorway. Plenty space for kids to run around and everything neat and very clean Highly recommend.
