Hands down one of the best restaurants in Tuscany. Food and service were absolute perfection. Our server was extremely attentive and extremely knowledgeable. The food is comparable to many 2 star restaurants we visited. The lamb case we had was the best hands. Would recommend to all our friends and families. View all feedback.

My experience was positive: Menù 6 courses really unbeatable. Finding the right balances in every dish to accompany it with the tastes and scents of the territory is certainly not a simple job especially for delicate foods.... but the Chef in this was really unique... We often attend restaurants with these awards and, booking well in advance, me and my partner, we decided to dine at I Salotti; with our great astonishment and disappointment, the booking manager, Ilaria, on indication of the Chef, the day before the dinner (email of 17.20 with reservation for the 21.00 of the next day), tells me that the same will have to be canceled for undue commitment of the aforementioned Chef. You can imagine the blurred discomfort, given the roadmap of a well outlined holiday plan. Absolutely unacceptable and really unbelievable, not to mention the poor professionalism, given the staff that composes a starry kitchen ... Suspect overbooking! We'll never come back. Just some cold words written and not even a call of sincere apologies, shameful.
