Eating was very good, but the service needs improvement. we had to ask for a weeping list before we gave up our orders, and our waitress brought karaffe wein, but we had to ask for wine glasses.
Great Trattoria, very italian. Great meat from the grill...

For 9 years we have been happy and regularly there. I am so glad to write that La Patriarca has not changed! The waitress remembered my face (even if I'm 7 years older) and the steak and roast potatoes were still delicious and satisfying as I remembered last. It is not chic (this is Il Salotto above, but it is exactly what typical cooking of Val di Chiana should taste. Absolutely recommended!!!
