Our group of 16 (8 adults and 8 children) was seated in a private dining room on the mezzanine floor with a glass surround, providing us with a beautiful view of the restaurant and the festive atmosphere. Byron took excellent care of us, accommodating our arrival times and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was served at a perfect pace, allowing us to enjoy each course and have time to exchange gifts and converse. The dishes were delicious, fresh, and generously portioned. We highly recommend The Beech House and will definitely return in the future. It was the ideal setting for our large family to celebrate Christmas together. Thank you again, Byron, for taking such good care of us. We hope you were able to enjoy your own Christmas once your shift ended!

Eventually my husband went to a staff... read more Went for lunch initial greeting was warm and friendly. We ordered drinks and lunch and then waited and waited and waited! Eventually my husband went to a staff member to ask what had happened to our starter to discover our order had not been put through! The long and short of it was that starters and main course came through within minutes of each other and it wasn’t very edible. The whole experience was awful. The customer service was poor but pleasant when they did engage) no one came near us to offer more drinks. The excuse was a lunch time rush, however from where I was sitting the group arrived us. Just not a great experience , overpriced, poor service and not great food

I would like to say the staff are busy attending to their work, but... read more We sometimes use The Beech House for a coffee and maybe brunch, but the service is not good. I would like to say the staff are busy attending to their work, but in reality they seem to be heavily engaged in chatting amongst themselves and managing their online lifestyle. The result is we now no longer bother going in.........

When I complained, the staff member simply sa... read more I then went back to the bar to order some tea, coffee, and water. I paid for it but it never arrived at our table. When I complained, the staff member simply said they would refund me without apologizing. Eventually, they brought over the coffee and tea, but it was cold by then. At that point, we decided to leave and have our coffee at a nearby place instead. Overall, we were disappointed with the service and food experience and won't be coming back to this restaurant.
