Really enjoyed it it's not your average coffee shop, there was a big craft/games table for kids, nice buzz with quite a few people (singles reading, pairs chatting, groups eating, etc. but still plenty of room happy staff with great music. Took home a carry out slice of Victoria sponge cake, v nice. Completely gutted they couldn't sell me a lampshade : Definitely recommend, will be back soon!

Being ask at my age... read more Was looking forward for lunch at the metro lounge with a friend I haven’t seen in a while. The customer service was not to normal standard. Being ask at my age (over 50) not to tear the paper menu up! Not even a hello welcome to metro lounge, how can I help you. Had to get up a number of times to get service even though not that busy. Breakfast items at bar to be sold to public not covered up. On the upside food was ok.
