We had a wonderful dinner at Volare. The food was delicious, freshly made pasta and sauces. A perfectly done tiramisu completed the fest. The waitress, who had worked at the restaurant for 25 years, was kind, attentive and knew the menu inside out. I will definitely come back. Ps: they offer a very reasonable valet parking for $15 for up to 3 hours.
Food was amazing I will say it was very cramped in the dining room but the service and good food made up for it
My favorite Italian restaurant in Chicago. The squid infused pasta is amazing and so is the seafood salad. Just had the pumpkin fall desert and was delicious. Staff is super friendly too.
The Bolognese pasta is delicious, but the wait time is lengthy. It's advisable to make a reservation before your visit.
Experience is a very important aspect for customers to return and this one failed. The way this place is ran is a mad house. I called at 12:00pm to get an 8:30pm reservation. When I arrived the woman tells me “I will have to sit at the bar to eat”. How is that possible when I had a reservation? There were probably 25—30 people waiting to be seated at that time. Needless to say, I refused the bar offer because I wanted a table. I eventually was seated at 9:30pm (an hour after my reservation). … – show
