We had an amazing experience! Our waiter Alex was phenomenal! He explained the cocktails perfectly and even provided his honest opinion! What Gelderlander doesn't like about The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant:
A cavernous 2 story restaurant , loud upbeat and bustling. We had a business diner and were given a separate room on the top floor. This is great, comfy sofa’s and a ‘fireplace’ make it very enjoyable. Service was forthcoming and quick. Food and presentation was unremarkable. View all feedback.

We had the most wonderful meal at Chicago Firehouse last night. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was perfect. We felt so welcomed and warm from the moment we walked in. What really set the experience over the top though was our server, Keith. He was so kind and so thoughtful and made us feel like family from the moment we sat down. He had amazing recommendations and was so friendly and welcoming. I work in the hospitality industry and there is nothing I appreciate more than good service. Keith delivered 10/10!
This place is decent but super expensive. Seafood is overpriced, and the meatloaf is too salty. Get a couple of beers on tap. Also, don't order the specials.
