What User likes about Ramen Misoya:
There are countless ramen shops in Chicago, but Ramen Misoya is definitely one worth visiting. Living so close to it can be quite tempting! I often opt for the Tonkotsu or Spicy Miso. The broth is rich and packed with flavor. The pork is good as well (not quite as excellent as Ramen-San's, but it is leaner). Regardless, you should definitely give this place a try; you won't be disappointed. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Ramen Misoya:
Original 4/12/17: My quest in Chicago is to find the best ramen place. So far this is one of best combination of chashu, noodles, and broth!! Chashu is soft enough that break apart easily but it doesn't melt in your mouth, noodles have good thickness and texture, broth is good and it was not too salty like most places. This is cheaper than many other places with lower quality of ramen too. Updated 9/5/17~ 4 stars to... View all feedback.
