However, after I settled in and while waiting for the r... read more I had made reservations for high tea and was initially seated at a lovely table with comfortable chairs. However, after I settled in and while waiting for the rest of my group to arrive, I was asked to move to another table. I complied, but they ended up placing me at a high table near the bar. Once my party arrived, we had to sit there, which was not ideal for a high tea experience. Interestingly, no one was seated at the table from which I was moved. Additionally, they never returned to refill our hot water. Given the numerous options for high tea in Chicago, I wouldn’t recommend the Pendry.

My husband and I really enjoyed the delicious snacks that accompanied the impressive selections of teas. As for the cocktails they were DELICIOUS! Again I must emphasize the service was amazing and I will definitely be partaking in this experience again!
