Mcdonald's - Chicago

I waited in the drive-thru for 8 minutes while 3 other orders were taken ahead of me. I requested my meals to be prepared without any cubes, but unfortunately, they still had a strange consistency. Even the drink I ordered was not made correctly. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

This restaurant is incredibly slow, especially after 10 pm, and the food is always served cold. If you're using a food delivery service, it's best to avoid this McDonald's altogether.

I ordered two Big Mac meals for my friend and me, but we were given medium-sized fries and drinks instead. The worker was kind enough to fix our drinks that we left behind with our bags, but our orders were still messed up. I think I would rather go to the McDonald's near my house next time. Make sure to always check your bags before leaving.

This place treats their workers so terrible. they dint give them pause even after 8 hours and they don't let them use the restroom I have seen that the workers are screamed by the managers because they have done something they have told them to do and then walk to do something else.

Basic McDonalds. Food delivery was super slow 19 minutes between order placed and paid for and ready for me at counter. Whole new meaning to slow fast food!! LolPerson taking order may as well have been sleeping at the register. Four attempts to place order! Crazy for real!!!!
