Mcdonald's - Chicago

I just left this place leaving the drive thru and the guy at the window had me wait 10mins and still wasn't ready to take my order..then caught an attitude when i asked him was he ready..what's even worse he had no cars in front of me

They are greedy that they are extra $0.40cents for slivered tweebels that they do not deserve my business I prefer to give my business to someone else on a long time losing them more than the $0.02 cent worth of tweezers that they put in my burger. this place deserve to be young cott

I had two orders, back to the back. the young drive-thru employee was rude when I tried to use the app codes, then when I told her that the sum she gave was wrong. she got a bigger attitude that insisted she was right. When I came into the window, she insisted that my code was wrong, then the price was more than before! She ended the putting the wrong order in the second order....the same problem with the code and overall! it was an unnecessarily long fiasko! no manager in itself, btw!

I ordered two crispy chicken sandwich with pickle. my food was dry and there was no meat in the chicken at all the fries had no salt on it and my other order was burned the smalle order of fries wiere burn. The french fries were a black at the tips. My Mc double was greasy and dryer with no condiments on it. I also had a special order that didn't have much big Mac sauce on it. I. My lunch today from McDonald's was bad and poor quality.

I would love to give it 0 bc this McDs is the worst it’s always something missing from my order then do they mic work? Bc they can never get my order right especially this Hispanic oldie she is always rude like where is the customer service at!
