Hoots South Loop - Feedback

What zaira quinones doesn't like about Hoots South Loop:
I have ordered from here several times due to the proximity to my job. I had issues with my order been stolen by a uber driver and i tried to call the restaurant 4 times to see what was going on and never did they pick the phone up. They are quick to take your money but when you need to talk to a actual employee. They don't pick the phone up which is unacceptable for a food place which has someone who works in the fr...
