So this morning around 8:30a, I went to pick up a few items for myself and my coworker. I ordered a donut and the Turkey Sausage sandwich. I ordered her a large iced Matcha with some vanilla, liquid cane, light ice, and oat milk. When I was given the drinkthe first time, it had cold foam on it. I stayed it to the boy working at the window there was a charge for that because that?snot what I asked for and it cannot have dairy. He rubs his four head and says ?OK well? hen while continuing to hand me thedrink. I asked that the drink be remade because I was a Starbucks barista prior and I am aware that cold foam is made withdairy. The boy closes the door in my face while I was talking and gave it to his coworkers while being disrespectful. I watchthe coworker dump the cold foam off and add oat milk to it. The boy gave the drink back to me and said here you go, but I statedthat I requested that the whole drink be remade because it still had dairy in it and she could not have that. The boy becomesupset and says ?well next time don?t order cold foam.? I was disgusted with his customer service because you have no idea if shehad a dairy allergy. The staff gathered around to talk about the situation they have at the window as he closed it on me againand remade the drink I was given the drink with so much attitude and annoyance and yet he was the one that was disrespectful. Igave the drink to my friend and she stated there was no liquid cane or vanilla in there, just Matcha and oat milk. I called thestore to speak to a manager; however, no one answered. I do not recommend anyone go to this location!

My Iced coffee was too strong, I couldn't drink it and because we were home, hubby didn't feel like driving back there, so it was a waste of money.

I visited this restaurant today and ordered a French vanilla iced coffee with cream and no sugar, just one Equal, along with hash browns. Unfortunately, what I received was coffee loaded with sugar and hash browns that were overcooked to a crisp! I will definitely not be coming back here. The service has declined significantly!

I would give this place half a star if I could. The food is consistently cold, and they seem to serve whatever they feel like, rather than what you order. I pay extra for coconut or oat milk due to my lactose intolerance, yet they keep giving me whole milk, which makes me quite ill. Additionally, the staff's attitude towards customers is very disrespectful. Honestly, I’m amazed that the building is still standing!

The customer service was terrible, and the food took an eternity to arrive. They also made my drink incorrectly and consistently failed to follow my requests regarding my food and drinks. When I pointed out these issues, they were defensive and had an attitude about it. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would.
