I ordered a donut and a Turkey Sausage sandwich for myself, a... read more This morning around 8:30 AM, I stopped by Dunkin’ to pick up some items for myself and a coworker. I ordered a donut and a Turkey Sausage sandwich for myself, and a large iced Matcha for her with vanilla syrup, liquid cane sugar, light ice, and oat milk. When I received the drink, it had cold foam on top. I immediately told the young man at the window that I hadn’t ordered cold foam and needed the drink dairy-free. He sighed, shrugged, and tried to give me the drink anyway. I asked for the drink to be remade, explaining I used to be a Starbucks barista and knew cold foam contains dairy. Instead of helping, he closed the window on me and handed the drink to a coworker in a disrespectful way. I watched as the coworker removed the cold foam and added oat milk, then handed it back saying, “Here you go.” I repeated that I wanted a full remake since it still contained dairy. This seemed to annoy him, and he snapped, “Well, next time don’t order cold foam.” His attitude was shocking, especially since my coworker may have a dairy allergy. As the staff gathered to discuss, he closed the window on me again while they finally remade the drink. When I received it, his tone was still rude and impatient, even though he was the one being disrespectful. I gave the drink to my coworker, who noticed it was missing both the liquid cane sugar and vanilla syrup, containing only Matcha and oat milk. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager, but no one answered. After this experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

They got my drink wrong and repeatedly ignored my specific instructions for both food and drinks. When I brought up these problems, they responded defensively and with a bad attitude. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. If possible, I would give this place zero stars.
