Unfortunately, the... read more I visited this restaurant today and ordered a French vanilla iced coffee with cream and no sugar—just one Equal—along with some hash browns. Unfortunately, the coffee was overly sweet, and the hash browns were overcooked to a crisp! I won't be returning. The service has really deteriorated!

It’s disappointing that they seem to take advantage of being the o... read more The staff was quite rude on Sunday, and I’ve noticed that service tends to be slow most days. It’s disappointing that they seem to take advantage of being the only Dunkin' Donuts in the area. An update: On April 29th at 1 PM, I witnessed an employee at the window digging his nose before serving customers. After that, I simply couldn’t bring myself to pay or accept my coffee. Unfortunately, I couldn’t express my concerns because the employee had a limited grasp of English. I truly hope they can make some improvements!
