They are going downhill, they downsized the menu, inflated prices and don't pay attention to what's ordered. When I call back to let them know I didn't get what I ordered the owner wanted to argue with me and said he is the one took the order, customer satisfaction should be 1st and foremost. Unfortunately, this restaurant seems to be declining. They've reduced their menu options, increased prices, and are not attentive to orders. When I called to inform them that I received the wrong item, the owner became argumentative, insisting that he was the one who took my order. Customer satisfaction should always be the top priority.
The customer service here is excellent, and the prices are unbeatable. I ordered a chili dog, fries, and a banana shake for just $10.17, and everything was delicious!
Dining here is always a delightful experience; the food is excellent and the customer service is wonderful!
