What Joshua Hicks doesn't like about Cortland's Garage Tavern & Grill - Chicago:
I'm putting it down as 2 stars for now, since I'm hoping it was a one time experience. Popped in to grab a bite, walked into a wall of noise, music played at full volume, people attempting to talk over it, etc. Energy was high, so that's cool.
