All of these reviews are spot on! We were looking for authentic arepas and this was the perfect place for just that. We got the Tajadas (fried plantains with cheese) and the Queen arepa (avocado chicken salad and Gouda cheese) which came with a cilantro aioli. Both items were even more delicious than we expected. It was clear that all of the food is super fresh, even the shredded Gouda. I would highly recommend stopp... View all feedback.
What Sofia Sanchez doesn't like about Bolivar Lincoln:
Food and service was good but unfortunately I found a blue rubber band in my empanada when I was finishing my left overs at home…I’m glad I happened to look inside when I saw a strange color View all feedback.

The food and service is as good as the other reviews make it seem. Super friendly staff helped me navigate Venezuelan food for the first time. Everything was made to order. I’ll be back again when I’m in the area.
This is a charming spot in Lakeview offering fantastic Venezuelan eats! The food was amazing, and the ambiance of the back alley is lovely and perfect for the summer. We ordered the tequenos, the party animal Arepa, and the Pabellon Criollo, and each dish exceeded our expectations. The tequenos had a satisfying crunch and delightful cheesiness. The arepa was a real treat with well flavored pork pieces. The shredded beef in the Pabellon Criollo was so tender and juicy. The dining experience was very enjoyable the service was friendly, the food was delicious, and the overall environment was fantastic. We’re excited to return again soon!

First experience with Venezuelan food. I love it. If I ever try is somewhere else, this place has set the bar high. Side patio under the L was great for outdoor cafe style dining. Food came out fast and portions were large. I ate too much and couldn’t wait to eat the leftovers the next day. Put some in my eggs for breakfast and ate the rest for lunch.
