I usually get the same thing (karaka-men) but I do have a photo of when I tried one of the specials. The Ramen is consistently good and so I go here when I don't want to pick something else. The sides are usually pretty good, I recommend the pork buns

Manpuku is our usual go-to place for ramen in Chatswood but we were at Chatswood interchange, the kids were hungry so we gave Ippudo a go. <br/ <br/ It's Sunday... read more Manpuku is our usual go-to place for ramen in Chatswood but we were at Chatswood interchange, the kids were hungry so we gave Ippudo a go. <br/ <br/ It's Sunday 11.20am and the crowds are already forming, anxious for their weekend ramen fix. As the clock ticks over to 11.30, the hungry hordes are allowed entry and we are seated by the waitstaff, quickly filling up the small restaurant. The kids shared a karaka-men ramen with an extra serve of kaedama which was hastily consumed. For something sweet we had the matcha ice cream which had a pleasant creamy matcha flavour that wasn't overly sweet or bitter. <br/ <br/ Ippudo is priced at a premium and there are better value ramen options if you're feeding a family.
