Was C at Ippudo a mag?
Been a while since i've eaten here, but last time I did it was just as good as I remembered. Highly recommend their Shiromaru Motoaji (creamy broth ramen with pork loins . There was generous amount of meat and it was tender. The broth was creamy and not too salty. You can tell the noodles are hand-made, they were chewy, thin and well-cooked. Ippudo is absolutely killing it! I always love coming here. I usually get the shiromaru motoaji with the addition of nitamago (flavoured egg). Beautiful tonkotsu broth, definitely one of my favourites. It's also a lot quieter (read: quicker!) than other Ippudos in Sydney which is always a plus for me!
Ramen lovers rejoice! Ippudo's entry into Chatswood spurred on a bit of a ramen uprising, to the benefit of all. Happy to say that this branch is a good representation of the Ippudo brand. The positives for me are the original tonkotsu borth, with very firm noodles. However, hopefully we can see some innovation from Ippudo too - the competition on Chatswood is fierce...
Ramen is good with gyoza. Shorter queue than ippudo Westfield Sydney. Good service. Having been to ippudo in Japan it does serve a different ambiance than that in Japan. Otherwise, I'm glad it is here in sydney.
Finally got to try the ramen here after hearing so many good reviews about this place and it definitely didn’t disappoint! The tonkotsu broth was so balanced and flavourful, perfect for a rainy day like today. My friend and I both enjoyed our ramen bowls and are excited to come back for more when we have the chance!
Love this place! My go-to on my lunch break (especially on a cold day). My favourite is the Toru Shoyu ramen, clear, nice broth. Pork bun is also a must try.
