Me and my friend tried the combination laksa. It was filled with every type of meat imaginable and two types of noodle which was a surprise. The soup tasted like it was all freshly made and had the perfect amount of chilli. I would definitely recommend this place as it was as authentic as could be. View all feedback.
What Skye Schneider doesn't like about IPOH CLUB:
We had a lunch banquet and disappointed that they are not Malaysian dishes but more of Chinese dishes. Some dishes are lack of seasoning and other is over seasoning. Their a la carte menu look Malaysian but not sure if they are tasty or not....If you are looking for a authentic Malaysian food do not go for banquet. We will not come back to Ipoh and prefer Papparich. View all feedback.
We are regular and eat there at least twice in the month. we were included by the new dinner menu which does not contain the usual noodle dishes such as char kway teow, mee goreng and laksa. there was no chili-Padi (birdseye chili.) some ignorant. guards didn't know what a curry puff or chiili padi was. Entre satay came after dinner eating the food was already good there, yesterday there were 30-40% empty sitting on a Saturday night. we have never been in the chatswood rsl for eating before and will not go again if not for ipoh thiru
Good price and good service that was eating was well done, although nothing spectacular, it was good value for money
Char kway teow, chicken curry roti and bark meat rendang, chickens's saturation growers eating is simply ok chicken curry was actually good. roti is thick and seems reheated prenade, but the effort there are so many better alternatives so close. of mamak, chum tang, ipodoh and others. ordered a glass wine and it comes from a small bottle and tastes terrible. maybe in a small town where there was not much else but will not work in chatswood
The waitress has a very rude and abrupt attitude. Food was below average. Unfortunately they carry the same name as Ipoh town on York st. The restaurant on York st is 100% better and more polite and professional. Stay away from this horrible place at...Chatswood. Not recommended.
Not the best. Dry chicken lacking any crispy skin. Delivered food different from the pictures. 4 tiny tiny chicken wings coated in garlic powder $9.
