Unfortunatel... read more It has been about a year since our last visit to Fry's. We decided to dine here during graduation weekend because I was able to make a reservation. Unfortunately, the food was not as good as it was last year. Three people in our party ordered the chicken cobb salad, and one of the salads had chicken that looked and tasted different from the other two. We also tried two pies (mushroom and another variety) which were just okay. The cheese on the pies was not evenly distributed, but the flavor was good.

Pizzas just so-so (dry and sauce, eh. ; salads drenched in vinegarette dressing that was almost not edible. If you get a salad, order the dressing on the side! Hope they can figure things out cause I think they have a shot to do well. And I would try again.

It was the perfect location for our group of almost... read more We hosted a welcome dinner for guests arriving for our daughter's wedding at Boars Head Resort the next day. It was the perfect location for our group of almost 200 friends and family from near and far. We took over the entire Fry Spring Station for theevening. The general manager, Victoria and the entire staff was wonderful to work with in advance. The food was plentiful andexcellent, the bar provided everything we requested and the ambiance was perfect for roasts and toasts. Thank you!

I kept trying to get... read more The 2 bartenders were more interested in the football game than serving. Myself and my drinking partner were the only 2 people in the bar. I kept trying to get a second beer and I was repeatedly ignored by the 2 bartenders and the GM. ABSOLUTELYRIDICULOUS. Finally my friend went up to the 2 bartenders who were watching the football game and requested a second beer forme. Still took 5 more minutes to get the beer because the 2 bartenders needed to see the play in the football game. Absolutelythe worst service I've ever received in Charlottesville. DO NOT GO THERE. Football is the priority, not customer service.
