The experience at Fry's Spring Station had mixed reviews. Guests mentioned issues with the service, such as slow response times and incomplete orders. Some highlighted the inconsistency of the food quality, with overcooked eggs and unappetizing sliders. Other patrons praised the restaurant's ambiance, friendly staff, and delicious food like pizza and mules. Parking seemed to be a common issue among reviewers, while others noted that the outdoor seating was a nice feature, despite potential noise disturbances from a nearby fire station. Overall, guests had varied opinions on the restaurant's food, service, and overall experience.

The two bartenders were more interested in the football game than in serving customers. Despite being the only patrons in the bar, I had a hard time getting another beer as I was consistently overlooked by the bartenders and the manager. It was incredibly frustrating. Finally, my friend had to approach the bartenders who were watching the game and request a second beer for me. It still took another five minutes for them to serve me as they were distracted by the game.

We hosted a welcome dinner for guests coming to our daughter's wedding at Boar's Head Resort the next day. The location was perfect for our group of almost 200 friends and family from different places. We had Fry Spring Station all to ourselves for the evening. Victoria, the general manager, and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating leading up to the event. The food was tasty and abundant, the bar staff fulfilled all of our requests, and the ambiance was ideal for celebration and socializing.

I recently visited Fry Spring's Station and it quickly became one of my favorite pizza spots in Charlottesville. The restaurant has a wonderful patio that is perfect for outdoor dining, even in the colder months. When the weather is too chilly, we usually opt for takeout. Our top picks are the NORTH OF THE BORDER pizza (minus the bacon for us vegetarians) with its delicious mix of red onion, jalapeno, cheddar, tomato, avocado salad, house cheese blend, and white sauce, and the VICTORY GARDEN pizza with olives, mushrooms, broccolini, tomato, and red onion. Highly recommend trying them out!

The 2 bartenders were more interested in the football game than serving. Myself and my drinking partner were the only 2 people in the bar. I kept trying to get a second beer and I was repeatedly ignored by the 2 bartenders and the GM. ABSOLUTELYRIDICULOUS. Finally my friend went up to the 2 bartenders who were watching the football game and requested a second beer forme. Still took 5 more minutes to get the beer because the 2 bartenders needed to see the play in the football game. Absolutelythe worst service I've ever received in Charlottesville. DO NOT GO THERE. Football is the priority, not customer service.

The general manager, Victoria and the entire staff was wonderful to work with in advance. The food was plentiful andexcellent, the bar provided everything we requested and the ambiance was perfect for roasts and toasts. Thank you!
