She welcomed me warmly, apologized for the brief wait, and stayed polite and professional during my entire visit. I truly appreciate her excellent service!

While waiting to place my order, I heard a voice inform me that they weren’t taking orders at that time. Shortly after, another vehicle pulled up behind mine. When I got to the window to inquire about the announcement, I noticed that the staff member was taking the order from the car behind me. We ended up waiting at the window for about five minutes before the car behind us moved forward. It was then that we noticed the driver was a Black man, while my companion and I are white. This made me question whether it was simply a coincidence or if there was an element of racism involved.
