However, I did experience a hiccup today (2/8/22) during lunchtime when I was unable to pick up my colleague's online order along with my drive-thru order. My own order was also incorrect, and the credit card charge was wrong, but no one got upset about it. Mistakes happen, and the staff addressed the issues with enthusiasm and a smile. I still give them 5 stars for their dedication!

I highlight this experience because I've noticed that during lunch hours, the same level of care doesn't go into preparing orders. Contrary to common belief, food—especially salads—can often lack freshness. It feels like the orders are hastily assembled without much attention to detail during peak times.
