The menu isn’t sim... read more This is definitely one of the best Bojangles locations I’ve visited. I stop by one to two times a week, and they’ve never messed up my order. The menu isn’t simple, and I usually try something different each time. I will admit, it can feel like they’re rushing you through the order since every time you say something, they quickly ask, “And what else?” But considering this spot is very convenient and busy—no matter which interstate you’re coming from—they’re just trying to keep the line moving and respect your time. That efficiency really benefits you as a customer. Just be sure to take a moment to wish them a good day—they’re always smiling!

I didn’t notice un... read more I'm sure there are plenty of people looking for jobs who can at least count to three. I ordered three biscuits, but only two were in the bag. I didn’t notice until I got home, so I had to drive all the way back. Was I offered any compensation for the trouble? Of course not. It seems like customer service and accountability are seriously lacking these days. On a positive note, the exterior remodeling of the building looks nice.

She’s always incredibly friendly, quick, and efficient, which makes the whole experience much better. With a menu full of great options, her excellent service truly stands out. She definitely deserves a raise!

I waited in line for ten minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and when they finally took my order, the woman appeared quite upset. My meal was only lukewarm but still somewhat enjoyable.
