This is a fantastic neighborhood takeout spot. The portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable. The food is what you would typically expect from a takeout restaurant; some dishes stand out more than others, but overall, everything is quite tasty. What nrd bae dislikes about First China:
Tried this place because of the good reviews. LIES!!! Ordered General Tso 's chicken and requested it to be extra extra spicy. Food was barely warm, had ZERO spice and pretty much no flavor except for being overly sweet. The meat was mostly batter, chewy and tasted of old oil. Been coming here for years and the food never disappoints me!
Great and quick Chinese food! Always hot. I order over the phone and they always have the order perfect! Once I get there I can get in and out in 10 minutes or less! Really great people/owners.
Always great food! We get the sweet n sour chicken, beef fried rice and veggie mei fun. I tend to judge a place by its beef fried rice and I’ve tried a half dozen places in the area before finding this gem. We’ve been coming here for years and the food is consistently great!
Best food. Always fresh.
Best Chinese food in Cary HANDS. DOWN. Everything is tasty and they don’t skimp on portions. 10/10
