Me and my wife were turned away before we could even order. Was told it was a 30 min wait. It was a man with tattoo sleeves. Customer service here is terrible. One of the worst wingstops I have ever been too. Another incident was where I was chargedwrong and then they couldn?t even give me a refund because no one knew how to use the machine. No manager there no structure noclass.

This is the third time the employees here show carelessness for food prep. It?s suppose to be Buffalo fries? they completely drenched them in Buffalo sauce when theirsuppose to be drizzled. Had to throw this whole thing in the trash. Unbearable to eat. Management needs to get their employeesin check. Don?t waste your money here, drive farther out for quality food.
