The fries were soggy and... read more This is the worst Wingstop I've ever experienced. The food was disappointing; the chicken was overcooked and had a smell of old grease. The fries were soggy and cold, and the soda was flat with no ice. I would strongly advise staying away from this location. It's much better to go to the Wilmington one instead.

Unfortunately, the staff took five minutes to chat with another customer instead of focusing on my order. By the time I finally got my meal and made it to my car, it had already become cold.

Another incident was where I was chargedwrong and then they couldn?t even give me a refund because no one knew how to use the machine. No manager there no structure noclass.

This is the third time the employees here show carelessness for food prep. It?s suppose to be Buffalo fries? they completely drenched them in Buffalo sauce when theirsuppose to be drizzled. Had to throw this whole thing in the trash. Unbearable to eat. Management needs to get their employeesin check. Don?t waste your money here, drive farther out for quality food.
