This is the worst Wingstop I've ever experienced. The food was disappointing; the chicken was overcooked and had a smell of old grease. The fries were soggy and cold, and the soda was flat with no ice. I would strongly advise staying away from this location. It's much better to go to the Wilmington one instead.

The staff is unfriendly and shows little concern for customers, often making mistakes with orders. I recommend staying away unless you're prepared to waste your money and endure a wait of more than 45 minutes.

I placed an online order at Wingstop, but when I got there, my food was still being prepared. Unfortunately, the staff took five minutes to chat with another customer instead of focusing on my order. By the time I finally got my meal and made it to my car, it had already become cold.

Me and my wife were turned away before we could even order. Was told it was a 30 min wait. It was a man with tattoo sleeves. Customer service here is terrible. One of the worst wingstops I have ever been too. Another incident was where I was chargedwrong and then they couldn?t even give me a refund because no one knew how to use the machine. No manager there no structure noclass.

Orders are always backed up. Waited an hour for a simple order that could have taken at least 15 minutes.

In desperate need of good management. Dirty sticky floors, rude staff, understaffed, smells bad, and horrible service. Not ordering at this location again. Overcooked dry chicken, no good.

Literally have zero idea who in their right mind thinks making food like this is okay. This is the third time the employees here show carelessness for food prep. It?s suppose to be Buffalo fries? they completely drenched them in Buffalo sauce when theirsuppose to be drizzled. Had to throw this whole thing in the trash. Unbearable to eat. Management needs to get their employeesin check. Don?t waste your money here, drive farther out for quality food.
