However, a staff member at the counter, who was on her phone and wearing a headset, informed me that they wouldn’t be open until 6:00 AM.

The staff was slow and had a poor attitude.

I ordered a cookies and cr... read more I visited the restaurant on July 1, 2022, at 3:46 PM. The receipt indicates "Paula," but it was actually a gentleman who assisted me. I ordered a cookies and cream milkshake. Unfortunately, shortly after, my information was stolen, and someone used it to make purchases online at Best Buy totaling over $2,000. It's particularly upsetting because it happened on the same day my son graduated from the Marines. This was the only place where he used his card.

The drive-thru is closed. No one is taken the order. I came across by the window. There is a lady who on Jack in the Box uniform was sitting inside at the customer table holding phone and texting. This is not only first time thishappen. I rarely go to Jack in the Box at this location. It failed to serve customer twice for twice visited.
