The workers were just chatting and then when one of them saw me he told the other one to go and help me, to what he looked miserable. I asked him to not add cabbage and they charge .50 cents to TAKE OUT the vegetable. The employee laughed and said hecan do it and laughed when he said he will just do it and then I will see the charge on my receipt. I waited in my car and whenmy order was ready As a total amount I wrote the total amount without a tip. A few hours later I checked my banking info andthey had added a $5 tip. When calling the store the employees had zero idea on how to handle such situations. I think the ownercalled me but didn?t even apologize for the extra charge. Horrible customer service!

I visited Flame Broiler on 5/20/21 around 5:30pm and had a very unpleasant experience with a rude cashier. I ordered a bowl and asked for an extra portion of protein, which the menu clearly lists at $5. However, she tried to charge me over $7. When I questioned the extra charge, she responded with a bad attitude and was dismissive. She even walked away from the front counter, and the cook had to hand me my food, which I had already paid for. They need to improve customer service and employee training. It's understandable if she isn’t fully familiar with the limited menu, but when a mistake is pointed out, it should be corrected—unless overcharging is somehow encouraged by management.
