The service is very disappointing; I've been waiting for nearly 10 minutes!

I like that the restrooms are easily located and Not Locked!! I hate having to announce that i need to use the restroom, or ask for assistance and do the PP-DANCE while i wait for someone to unlock the door for me.. restroom usage should remain private and discreet..
