Went for a graduation reservation only to find out their system didn’t work. They took three hours to give us our food. One hour to give us our drinks. Daisha and janae and monae are the worst management/marketing team ever.

It really wasn’t that crowded so I don’t know why we couldn’t get our food. Also the wait time for our drinks and food was ridiculous. The waitress even said you guys haven’t got your food yet.

It is dirty, the service is awful, and the manager on the floor on 1/24/20 was totally disrespectful. My party of 20 was told several times that we had no reservations, even though I called the day before to confirm. I made the reservation inside because we had small children and it was too cold, but to my surprise, we were sat outside. Our reservation was for 6pm, but we could not sit until 7pm. My guests arrived at 6pm and we began to order at 7pm. The waitress, with a head wrap and scratching her head, told us she could only do 3 checks for a maximum of 20 people. She took the wrong orders and brought water and drinks at 7:45pm. She spilled water all over our table and setting, and even on my guests. She and another waiter put their fingers inside our cups without gloves because they had two trays. The food took another 45 minutes and we had to go order beer at the bar because it never came. When I asked the manager to clean up the spilled water for safety reasons, he did not do it and was actually drinking. He never came out to check on the party. The waiters who brought our food were coughing all over our plates. I went to look for the manager five times, but was told he was busy. When we asked for the cake that we brought in, we found it outside the fridge being pushed by an employee. The bill came out to over $600 and guess how much the tips were for such a horrible experience. The waitress was suddenly nice when it came time for the bill. I will never come back here again. I hope no one gets sick from the cold weather or the coughing in our food. Sickening.

It took three hours to get our food and an hour to receive our drinks. Daisha, Janae, and Monae are the worst management and marketing team I've ever encountered.
