Buffalo Wild Wings Carson

Admittedly, I was not going to dine in based on the most recent reviews in regards to wait time and staff but my gut deemed today’s visit necessary. A little info to start. 2pm on a Wednesday for one person and the restaurant was approximately 15% full. I was seated almost immediately and could not have been happier as I was on my lunch break. I ordered the 10pc bone-in meal with fries and veggies. Half spicy garlic and half desert heat, thank me later. My order arrived in just a little under 10 minutes and everything was great. The wings and fries were cooked perfectly and the veggies weren’t bruised or visibly aging. Luis and the rest of the staff were very attentive and in no way rude or condescending. In the end, going against my better judgement paid off. I advise you do the same and grab some wings!

My daughters birthday dinner was a success and our waitress was amazing

Horrible, ordered food and drinks before the game started drinks came we ordered another round which came after our food which was late quarter minutes later then the second round of drinks came. The waitress gave us the drinks while apologizing for the lateness of the drinks and said These Are On The House since they came so late. When we received our bill guess what was on there, you guessed it The Drinks that she said were on the house. I don't think the place is managed, no I'm sure the place isn't managed properly and won't be open long with type of service

They need to improve their customer service. My wait was minutes before being seated then waited an additional minutes to be waited on followed by minutes before getting drinks. Food after minutes later. This is my third visit
