What User likes about Terry's Lounge:
the service was a little slow (possibly by kovid, so no big thing). we sat on the terrace that was very sweet. they are super dog friendly, the super! I had the sea red tuna that was incredible! my partner has the sandstein who was decent. we have the lemon butter cake to go and it wasn't very good. eating was quite decent, a little playful. The food is good and VERY overpriced. The hostess could not even be bothered to give me decent directions when I got lost and called. Telling you to look for the big tree does no good when it's pitch dark and you may be nowhere near the tree! read moreTerrys is a dog-friendly restaurant in Carmel with a beautiful terrace. The food can be hit or miss, but the bar menu offers reasonably priced options. The service varies from attentive to indifferent. The historic restaurant, once owned by Doris Day, is filled with Hollywood memorabilia. The bone-in spare rib is a standout dish. Overall, the ambiance, service, and food make Terrys a recommended spot in Carmel, especially for outdoor dining on the patio.
