Heads up to everyone! Beware when placing orders at the Carvel in Putnam Plaza. They are under new ownership and clearly do not know how to run a business. I placed an order last Monday for my 4 year olds birthday cake to be picked up Sunday morning. Went back Tuesday as well to finalize the extra details.
