Carvel - Carmel Hamlet

The rudest manager or worker ever! I spent over $50 bought 7 icecreams and my youngest son started crying after he wanted a different flavor. So I asked kindly to exchange the flavor and the guy started huffing and puffing then ask me what was wrong with the flavor. I told him nothing but my son just wanted a different one he was clearly crying! So he grabbed the icecream tried it and yelled at my 3 year old son saying there’s nothing wrong with it and he can’t take it back. I will never go back to this store again. I used to spend so much money here. Never again! And I will be calling headquarters about this. And I will be telling everyone in this neighborhood about it too.

I just realized the last couple times I've been there I always get the same thing I paid A dollar more sometimes For the same ice cream with the same amount of toppings.

Carvel's always delicious. ? The Carmel location is no different. The staff there is awesome too!! ice cream is super fresh. So much better than going somewhere else like a supermarket to buy Carvel!

First carvel of the area that I’ve seen is so clean and well organized. Love the attention the workers give and the effort they put in everything they do. Has really changed since new ownership. Love this place.
