What User doesn't like about Zoup!:
We had been eager to try Zoups for quite a while, and tonight we finally made the trip. Unfortunately, all the soups appeared to be crusty, but we tried not to let that cloud our judgment. After waiting over five minutes, none of the staff came to assist us. Other customers seemed to be waiting for service too. My wife and I stopped by for a quick dinner, and we had a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, and the sandwiches and soups on the menu looked delicious. The staff was more than willing to provide samples, which was a nice touch. The manager, Z, was very personable and checked in with us to ensure we were satisfied with our food.
