While some were swayed by the good reviews and the location, others found the serving sizes small and the prices high. The menu was praised for its interesting and sophisticated dishes, with a creative cocktail menu being a highlight for many. Service received mixed reviews, with some mentioning marginal incompetence and lack of attentiveness, while others were impressed by the cordial staff. The food was consistently praised as amazing and of excellent quality, with a unique selection of beers available as well. Overall, Oakley's seems to be a neighborhood favorite for those looking for delicious food and great service in a cozy setting.
I cannot believe last night was only my second time at Oakleys BistroThis restaurant is truly a hidden gem.
Been awhile since I had visited Oakley's, and happened to be in the area around lunch time.
How can I not have been here before now? IAmAshamedOf.
Excellent selection of beers, reliably delicious food and great service. If you don't have a reservation, it's usually easy to secure a spot at the bar for a full dining service. A neighborhood favorite.
Whoa. Yellowtail tasted way too "fishy" and the so-called pastrami shortribs were greasy pastrami. Both were $ 30. Robbery. We gave our feedback to the bartender (we were sitting at the bar) and he made no effort to "get it right". I will not be back. The dining room was nice ... parking was awful in the neighborhood.
