Wanted to post a review after our second trip here. My wife and I reserved a table for my birthday and we had the most enjoyable dining experience we have ever had! From the atmosphere to the staff, nothing could have made our night more enjoyable. 9thstreet Bistro has the most spectacular food that we have had in the Indianapolis area. Food is undeniably delicious across the board. There were no misses but the burrata (with orange honey, pistachio, and apricot stole the show absolutely do not miss it (works well as either appetizer or dessert! . The crab bisque was thicker thanexpected and the risotto looser than expected but they were excellent nonetheless. If this was baseball, this quaint gem would be considered a 5-tool player. From the moment you are greeted at the door with a smile and a welcome to the moment you finish the last morsel. You are treated to a truly delicious and wonderful dining experience. Everyone works as a team to make this a memorable nght out. Plan ahead, make a reservation, and enjoy what I consider the best place for a meal in Hamilton County.

The atmosphere, service and cocktails were fantastic! However, my husband and I found the food to be underwhelming. We had beef carpaccio, white anchovy and egg salad toast, burrata, lobster pasta, and a beef kimchi rice dish. The carpaccio was incredible, probably the best I’ve ever had. The rest of the food was quite bland. The burrata was just okay. The lobster pasta had plenty of lobster which was a plus but the dish really lacked seasoning. The kimchi beef dish was a bit dry. We spent $350 so at that price point we should have been blown away and we just weren’t.
