Zoup! - Carmel

I visited the Carmel location today after my doctor's appointment. It has been a rough week since I just had bariatric surgery on Wednesday, but Zee and his team were incredible in accommodating my unique requests. It’s reassuring to know there’s a place where I can enjoy a meal and receive such excellent service. Thank you all so much! We will definitely be back soon.

I was really impressed with both the food and the service. Tonight, the young lady serving us was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. There was also a young man working alongside her, but he didn’t offer any help, even when she had several customers to attend to at once. Despite this, she managed well with six different groups that came in. Honestly, she deserves a raise for her excellent work!

I've been trying to find the best chicken noodle soup in Indy, and so far it is here (besides at my house). The only reason it isnt 5 stars is because the first few times I got it, it was bland and I had to add salt and pepper. The last time though...it was the best batch they had! Lots of onions(:

We ordered for our office yesterday for what was advertised to feed 10. The sandwiches were on very dry, chewy ciabata bread with sparse meat and cheese and a very light smearing of condiment. The cost of the side Cobb Salad was $61 and was enough to feed maybe 5. Very disappointed with our first time order to Zoup.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick dinner. The service was excellent, the sandwiches and soups offered looked good and the staff was more than happy to let you try samples. The manager, Z, was extremely personable and was checking on us to make sure we were satisfied with our food and offered to get anything we needed. 5/5 will definitely be come back!
