I mentioned my requirement for gluten-free options, and they assured me it wouldn't be an issue. Before I placed my order, I chatted with the waiter, who swapped the sourdough wafer for a seed wafer in one of the dishes. He also offered me gluten-free bread when he brought the bread to the table. They were clearly knowledgeable about gluten-free needs, and my overall experience was excellent.

I called ahead to inquire about gluten-free options, and they assured me it wouldn't be an issue. Before placing my order, I spoke with the waiter, who kindly substituted the sourdough wafer with a seed wafer in one of my dishes. Additionally, he offered gluten-free bread when he brought the bread to the table. They were very knowledgeable about gluten-free requirements, and my experience was fantastic.
