Kfc V&a Waterfront - Cape Town

About an hour after i ordered my food, I was told by my uber courier that they never prepared my order.After my experience I can see that they don't care about their customers because now I am at home with no food because while they ignored my order, all the other restaurants were all closing up.I would not prefer this KFC restaurant because they have terrible customer service and they are not reliable.

Rude staff, took ages to het ready and when it was, several items we're incorrect.

They wanted the printed slip even when I presented them with a slip on my phone as my wife went to the bathroom, the reason the manager gave me is that they wanted it to check the order and yet they still got the order wrong and sent it out like that, meaning that the only reason for the slip is to tear it, thats it, because there's too much fraud, as the manager explained, so all KFC customers are the same fraudulent persons trying to defraud them, if you want the slip and ensure that people do … – show

Terrible service from the cashier Akhona T.Very rude as I requested a breast portion and told me I cannot requested which potion I would like however I always ask for the breast.Her attitude was the worst ever.Totaly clueless about customer service.

Their service is terrible. It's not worth the money and the wait. I ordered a streetwise 3 and what I got looked like a streetwise 2 and a half. I was so disappointed and regret wasting money.
