Great neighborhood restaurant and good Italian food. I would recommend the Calimari as a starter who can keep up with the best that Chicago has to offer. The menu is limited but offers a nice spectrum of quality choices. Our meal was cooked perfectly. I went with the braised short ribs and they weretender and flavorful. Warm atmosphere and friendly wait staff. We enjoyed our dining experience at Union Park.

The pre-fixe menu with additional options offered a variety of selections that were difficult to choose, only because every option sounded divine. Theservice was very good. The food was amazing. While portions were on the small side, we were all well satisfied with ourchoices. The bring your own wine option was appealing as well. The decor matches the age of the victorian era homes in thearea. Love the large porch. I highly recommend this restaurant! Enjoy!
