Our server, Dillon, was excellent. Personable, knowledgable and efficient. He allowed us to enjoy our time at the restaurant without a rush, something we value. We both enjoyed delicious and excellently prepared meals in a calm, quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The only drawback for us is pricing. Excellent NY Strip, very good fish, salads and deserts. Dinner at Peter Shields never disappoints. Piano music throughout the dinner is very nice as well.
