I love this place. Congress Hall in general is such an amazing and welcoming place. As long as you are not disturbing and know common curtsey as at any location or hotel. The point is that they welcome you to get a coffee like this amazing Tommy's Folly! This Coffee Shop is part of a Cape May travel tradition!
