We had a wonderful dinner here last year. Portion sizes were perfect. Staff was very professional. We were celebrating a birthday and they brought out a special dessert for birthday guy. Sat on the deck and it was a lovely evening. We are sad to see it was closed this year. View all feedback.
What Kelly B doesn't like about The Blue Rose Inn:
The food is good and the waiters are professional. The portion sizes are extremely small for the price, but I suppose you get that at places like this. The one really cool thing I really liked about this place was after dinner. When we were waiting for the car, a door shook and flew open behind us and no one was there. Just a cool memory we'll always have! Haha! View all feedback.
Delicious food and friendly staff would love to go back

Excellent, clean, well-appointed inn that is also dog friendly. Both of the owners were very hospitable and ensured that we all enjoyed our stay. They don't do breakfast but offer a dining area inside for whatever you happen to bring back to the inn and you can also sit on the porch. Room was cleaned daily and was large enough that we didn't feel cramped. Bonus for the onsite parking if you're willing to juggle vehicles with the other guests which wasn't a problem for us as it saved us from having to hunt down parking on a twice-daily basis.
Excellent and creative food. Attentive and informative service. Owner was very down to earth and a great guy especially considering how fantastic this place is.
Hidden GEM, I'm a foodie, which draws me to Cape May, this is now a must on the list.
