I would give this restaurant a 5-star rating for the experience I had today. While the food was typical of what you would find in any metro area restaurant, the standout was the server. What User doesn't like about Subway:
I sent my boy to get a submarine. He has taped without having any contact on the terminal as he always does since the beginning of the pandemic but to my surprise a tip was added to the amount of $2.16. So I called and spoke to the responsible supervisor and replied that he was my boy that he did it while he never touched the terminal. Subway service is really good. The staff are friendly and pilite

At the beginning I expected an excuse or it was an error but instead she chose to blame my 12-year-old son that he lied that giving the benefit of the doubt to loyal customers.We are a family of 6 and regularly we encourage the subway of cantley as a local business but now there will be no other customers on our part....And there is not the $2.16 because it would have made me happy to do it
Today, I had a disappointing experience when I ordered two kids' subs that were supposed to be 4-inch subs. The employee gave me a 6-inch sub cut in half (basic math 6÷2=3, not 4). I asked him to give me a 4-inch sub but he refused and did the same thing, cutting a 6-inch sub in half. I explained that this was not a 4-inch sub, but he insisted that this was how they make their 4-inch subs. To avoid any further delays, as the service was slow that day, I reluctantly accepted it. However, when I got home and measured the sub, it was barely 3 inches long. I am extremely disappointed because this is not what I paid for and not what they advertise as a kids' sub. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The service here is fantastic and the food is top-notch!
The take-away service at this restaurant is currently efficient and consistently fast and high quality.
