We had lunch at The Pig at the Bridge on New Year's Eve, and we absolutely loved the rich, mellow flavor of the Americano they served. We were curious about the coffee and learned it was from Mr. Roast Microbrewery. I'm pleased to find that the quality is consistently excellent in their shop. I've tried several of their coffees, and the flat white with milk is the best I've had to date. I also enjoy their roasts at home. I'm thrilled to discover such an independent spirit in Canterbury's coffee scene—it's robust and flavorful!

Their espresso... read more This café in the city serves amazing coffee and has a wonderfully warm atmosphere. There's plenty of space to relax and enjoy your cup of coffee. Their espressos are exceptional, and they offer a wide selection of filter coffees from around the globe that you can buy to brew at home. They also have a small, cozy outdoor area that's currently open. I can't wait for the interior to open up so I can fully experience its inviting warmth. Additionally, they sell various coffee accessories, and I’m eager to pick up something special from their collection.
