The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly. The food was delicious. The parking is convenient at Charnwood Shops. The only downside is the restrictions on my calcium intake due to medications.
Worst front staff (tall man with glasses no badge), always rude and very poor communication, never smile.
Went to kippax subaway at 7:45 and they were closed. i looked online to see if charnwood was open and it said it was open until 8:30. drove to charnwood and as i pulled in at 8:00 they turned off the lights. i walked up and saw people packing up and they said they ignored me. this would not be a problem if they changed their trading hours.
